1. Agreement to Terms & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and ALTIA DEV ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all digital interactions across:

• Our primary studio website: https://altia.dev
• All affiliated web applications, software tools, client portals, and staging environments hosted on our subdomains (including *.altia.dev)
• All interactive estimators, form submissions, and software engineering consultations

By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, or authenticating via Google Sign-In to access any subdomain application, you express your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Professional Services & Subdomain Portals

ALTIA DEV provides high-performance custom software engineering, cloud architecture consulting, and enterprise AI automation. Our services encompass:

• Web Engineering: High-performance marketing sites, e-commerce platforms, headless CMS implementations, and custom web applications.
• Mobile & Desktop Applications: Cross-platform software built with modern native and hybrid technologies (Flutter, React Native, Rust, Electron).
• AI Automation & Systems: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous workflow agents, and custom machine learning pipelines.
• Client Portals & Subdomain Tools: Proprietary applications hosted under *.altia.dev for client communication, project delivery, and software staging.

Formal project scopes, technical milestones, payment terms, and delivery schedules are established under individual, written Project Service Agreements ("Statement of Work").

3. User Accounts & Third-Party Authentication (Sign in with Google)

Certain portals and applications hosted on our subdomains require account authentication. To provide a seamless and secure experience, we offer third-party authentication via Google OAuth 2.0:

• Account Accuracy: When signing in with Google, you authorize us to receive your verified identity details (Name, Email, Google User ID, Avatar). You warrant that your credentials are valid and belong to you.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your authenticated session.
• Prohibited Account Sharing: You may not sell, transfer, or share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Revocation: You can disconnect your Google account from our systems at any time via your Google Security Settings.

4. Form Submissions & Project Estimator

When you use our discovery forms or interactive project estimator on altia.dev:

• Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and project information. Submitting false data, fraudulent emails, or malicious payloads is strictly prohibited.
• Indicative Nature of Estimates: Calculations and figures generated by our Project Estimator tool are indicative estimates based on typical architectural baselines. They do not constitute a binding quotation or fixed commercial offer. Final contractual pricing is determined following an engineering discovery session and formalized in a written agreement.
• Confidentiality of Inquiries: Any proprietary business information shared in your project briefs is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared with competitors.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

When accessing altia.dev and any of our subdomain portals or API endpoints, you strictly agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our backend servers, hosting infrastructure, databases, or client accounts.
• Perform automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without explicit prior written authorization from ALTIA DEV.
• Launch Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, flood requests, or disrupt normal system operations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary source code, internal software tools, or algorithms.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious scripts.
• Use our platforms or subdomains for any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent activities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• ALTIA DEV Assets: All trademarks, design assets, brand identity, layout structures, visual components, documentation, and proprietary software hosted on altia.dev and its subdomains are the exclusive property of ALTIA DEV and protected by international intellectual property treaties.
• Custom Client Deliverables: Ownership of custom software code and design assets created specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon receipt of 100% full payment of all agreed project milestones, as defined in the individual Project Agreement.
• Portfolio Showcase: ALTIA DEV reserves the customary industry right to showcase non-confidential deliverables and client case studies within our portfolio and marketing channels, unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

7. Payment & Engagement Terms

Standard software consulting and engineering engagements follow these commercial terms unless otherwise specified in your Statement of Work:

• Deposit & Milestones: Projects typically require an upfront commitment retainer before development commences, with milestone-based billings tied to sprint deliverables.
• Invoicing & Net Terms: Invoices are payable in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or USD via bank transfer or official corporate payment gateways within 14 calendar days of issuance.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of development sprints or deployment to staging environments.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website, interactive tools, estimators, and subdomain applications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ALTIA DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or operational interruptions.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our digital platforms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to ALTIA DEV for the specific service in dispute during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to altia.dev and any subdomain applications if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive conduct, or posed a security threat to our systems or users.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be settled amicably through good-faith consultation. If no settlement is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time to align with technological, regulatory, or business developments. Material updates will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of altia.dev or our subdomain applications after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
